SABULA — Eldon Thomas Jepsen was born and died on Tuesday at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. A private graveside service was held at 10 a.m. today at the Reeseville Cemetery in rural Sabula, with the Rev. John Stack officiated. He was born to Jacqueline G. Randall and Thomas E.
