FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio — Madonna A. McDevitt (nee:Herrity), age 79, passed away June 14, 2008. Beloved wife for almost 50 years of Al. Dear mother of Matthew (Sandy), Michael, Mary (Tim) Schuler, Stephen (Thoa), Timothy (Mandy), and John. Devoted grandmother of Brian Schuler, Finn, Connor, Nathan, Owen, Abby, Molly, Gracie and William McDevitt. Dearest sister of Dolores Hoffman, Marjean Wark and Molly Judge. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ann Herrity, and her siblings, John, Patricia, and Mary. Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m. Thursday June 19, 2008, at St. Angela Merici Church, 20970 Lorain Road, Fairview Park. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Avon. The family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Corrigan-DiCicco Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Road, Fairview Park, OH 44126. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to benefit children like her grandson, William, 505 North Parkway, Box 3704, Memphis TN 38173. Death date: June 14, 2008
