Lois Birely 10/03/1998 CAMANCHE, Iowa -- Services for Lois A. Birely, of 1015 7th Ave., will be 11 a.m. Monday at Camanche Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Birely died Thursday, Oct. 1, 1998, at University Hospitals, Iowa City. She was a homemaker. Lois Cram was born June 27, 1928, in Clinton. She married James Birely Sr. in 1947 in Camanche. He died Sept. 2, 1998. Memorials may be made to the family or a favorite charity. Survivors include daughters, Debra Determann, Camanche, and Jeanne Wilden, Clinton; sons, James Jr., Camanche, and Gary, Clinton; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sally Folger, Princeton, and Cheryl Cram, Clinton; and brothers, Ralph "Sonny" Cram, Bellevue, Dennis Cram, Houston, and Allen and Steve Cram, both of Clinton.
