KEINER, Edna C.
Edna Christine KEINER, 87, of DeWitt, died Monday in Westwing Place.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, DeWitt, with the Rev. Ronald H. GOODSMAN officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Schultz Funeral Home in DeWitt. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be William, Richard, Kenneth and Roger COX, Alan TALKINGTON and Tom and Eddie KEINER.
She was born Sept 21, 1910, in Grand Mound, to Carl and Emma KNUTSEN ERICKSEN. She married Louis Charles KEINER Jan. 28, 1944, in Clovis, N.M. He died in 1964.
She owned and operated the Elite Beauty Solon and Keiner’s Tavern, both in DeWitt.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the ladies aid. She was a former organist and pianist and was in the Walther League Orchestra.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Luanne (Manuel) ARIAS of New Castle, Wash.; two granddaughters; two sisters, Malinda TALKINGTON of DeWitt, and Mrs. Mildred (Jack) COX of Camanche; and two brothers, Vernon and Lester ERICKSEN, both of DeWitt.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, two brothers and a nephew.
Death date: Sept 7, 1998.

Edna Christine KEINER, 87, of DeWitt died Monday, Sept. 7, 1998 at Westwing Place, DeWitt.
