STERLING Ill. — Corrina R. Weaver, 72, died Thursday, June 5, 2008 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling. Corrina was born on November 19, 1935, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Earl and Theola (Johnson) McKinstry. She married Arden D. Weaver on December 16, 1951 in Thomson. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband of Sterling; two daughters, Sheila (Dennis) Burris of Arcadia, Fla. and Marlene (Mike) Horne of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, Steven W. Weaver of Port Charlotte, Fla. and Russell A. (Angie) Weaver of Rock Falls; four sisters, Shirley (Gene) Dalton of Rock Falls, Leah Kustes of Fulton, Francis Gracey of Sterling, and Barbara (Bud) Tomman of Morrison; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, one brother, and one sister. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. at the McDonald-Allen-Grennan Funeral Home in Sterling with Pastor Dalmus Meeks of Harvest Time Bible Church officiating. Visitation will be Tueday from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
