Martin “Marty” Skoff, 56, of Palm Springs and formerly of the Maquoketa, died Friday at Vista Nolls in Vista, Calif.A prayer service and celebration of his life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the American Legion in Preston. Burial will be held in Palm Springs, Calif. The Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa is assisting the family locally.
