Miss Laura B. Zabler, 74, of 845 5th Avenue South , died Thursday, June 13, 1963 in Jane Lamb Hospital where she had been a patient for six days. She died after a long illness. The body was taken from the Bragonier-Fay Chapel to the McCarthy-Rueter funeral home in Burlington , Wisconsin where services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Burlington Town Cemetery.
She was born November 24, 1888 in Burlington , Wisconsin , the daughter of Charles and Mary (Lightfield) Zabler. She had lived in Clinton for 46 years and had worked as housekeeper in the G. E. Bickelhaupt residence. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Turner auxiliary.
Surviving are one brother, one sister and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and two brothers.
