Charles M. “Charlie” Bender, 80, of Davenport, died Monday at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Davenport. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and one hour prior to the service time at the church on Thursday.
