James “Jim” O. Francis, 56, of Preston, died Friday at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Preston. Visitation was Sunday at the Miller-Law-Jones Funeral Home in Preston. A second funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Osage and interment will follow in the Osage City Cemetery.
