SERVICES: 1 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Key West, Iowa. Lahey Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa is in charge of arrangements.

DAVENPORT — Theodore A. “Ted” Duschen, 58, of Davenport and formerly of the LaMotte area, died Monday at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport.

He was born June 14, 1949, in Dubuque to Harvey Henry and Agatha Ruden Duschen. He lived in Rockford, Ill., throughout his adult life and then moved to Davenport. He was a handyman and worked in construction.

Survivors include two sons, Alan (Lenna) Duschen of Modesto, Calif., and Lorn (Carla) Duschen of Stillman Valley, Ill.; four grandchildren; one sister, Lori Duschen of Cummins, Ga.; one brother, Harvey (Barb) Duschen of LaMotte; and many nieces and nephews.
