United Methodist Church, officiating.MORRISON, Ill. — Mary H. Spangler, 90, of Resthave Nursing Home, died Monday at the nursing home.Interment will be in Lusk Memorial Cemetery, Albany, Ill.She was born April 20, 1917, in Kansas City, Kan., to John B. and Susie L. VanDoren Harridge. She married Harold L. Spangler on June 11, 1941, in Fenton, Ill. He died in 2001.She and her husband farmed in the rural Whiteside County area. She also was employed with Volckmann’s Furniture Factory, Morrison, and Baar’s Potato Farm, Morrison.She was a member of Fenton United Methodist Church.Survivors include two daughters, Beverly (Larry) Jensen of Morrison and Linda (Jim) Blunt of Vancouver, Wash.; one daughter-in-law, Penny Spangler of Morrison; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one stepgreat-grandchild; one sister, Frances (Harvey) Frederick of Clinton; and two brothers, John (Betty) Harridge and Clarence (Carol) Harridge, both of Morrison.Memorials may be made to Resthave Nursing Home, Morrison.Condolences may be made online at www.bosmarenkes.com.She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, four sisters and one brother.Death date: Sept. 17, 2007
