Magona Boysen Thompson, 83, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of the Andover area, died Sunday October 30, 1994 in Phoenix.
A grave side service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Andover Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Brinkmann officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Pape Funeral Home in Clinton.
Mrs. Thompson was born January 5, 1911, in Andover, to August and Mathilda Jess Boysen. She married George J. Thompson, August 16, 1928, in Andover. He died May 22, 1994. She was a retired hospital insurance clerk.
Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn Norris of Thousand Oaks, California, and Nancy Stephens of Peoria, Arizona; four sons, Lorin and Billy, both of Phoenix, Dwaine of Anaheim, California, and George of Orange, California; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and a cousin, Harry Boysen of Clinton.
