The funeral of Mrs. Margaret WILLIAMS was held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence of Mrs. MITCHELL, 235 Seventh avenue.
Miss Margaret ROSS was born March 21, 1841, near Toledo, Ohio. While still a child her parents came west, moving, as was the custom in those days with ox teams. The Mississippi river was crossed at Davenport, and the final settlement was made near Toledo, Iowa. Here she became the wife of B. F. WILLIAMS, being married in 1858. Mr. and Mrs. WILLIAMS moved to Tampico, Ill., to make their home, residing there until about 1884, when they came to Clinton.

The deceased is survived by her daughter, Miss May WILLIAMS, her sons C. L. WILLIAMS of Rock Falls, Ill., J. A. WILLIAMS of Marion, Iowa, F. W. WILLIAMS who resides near Elvira, and a sister, Mrs. A. A. DICKASON of...
