Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Frank-Law-Jones Funeral Home, Mount Carroll. The Rev. Robert Phelps will be officiating.
SERVICES: 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
MOUNT CARROLL, Ill. — Berneta Toepfer, 78 of Mount Carroll, died Monda at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Mount Carroll.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll.
She was born Jan. 5, 1928, in Woodland Township, Ill., to John and Emma Derrer Toepfer.
She graduated from Mount Carroll High School in 1945.
Survivors include one brother, Lowell Toepfer of Mount Carroll; two sisters, Marcella Toepfer of Mount Carroll and Opal Schreiner of Freeport, Ill.; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in her name to Pleasant Valley Church of God, rural Mount Carroll.
