Former Lyons Resident Dies

Michael ROACH Passes Away at His Home in Cleveland Yesterday Morning.

Spent His Boyhood Days in This City -- Moved to Ohio Seven Years Ago.

News came to Mrs. John RAY yesterday morning telling of the news of the death of her son Michael ROACH at his home in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. ROACH formerly made his home on the north side having resided during most of his boyhood days. He was very popular and a large circle of friends extend their sympathy to the bereaved mother.

Michael ROACH was born in the state of New York in 1856, living in that state until five years of age when he came to this city and lived here with his parents for a number of years. From this city he moved to Omaha where he resided until 1898 when he moved to Cleveland, Ohio, with his family.

Besides his wife he leaves a daughter and his mother, Mrs. John RAY of this city. The funeral services will be held at Omaha, Neb., with interment in that city.
