CROWLEY, Mrs. T. F.

The Clinton Herald Thursday March 22, 1956. Mrs. T.F. Crowley, 73 of north east of DeWitt, died at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday at home after a few weeks illness. Friends may call after 7 tonight at the Hanrahan funeral home.
Rosary will be recited at 8 tonight in the funeral home by the Altar and Rosary society and at 8 p.m. Friday there by Rev. E.A. Cone, St. Joseph's Catholic church pastor.
Requiem mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery.
The former Mary Ellen Kearney was born July 14, 1882 in DeWitt township to the late James and Susan Crowley Kearney. She spent her entire life in the community and attended local schools. On Jan 22, 1908, she was married in St. Joseph's church to Timothy F. Crowley. She was a member of St. Joseph's parish, Altar and Rosary society and Diocesian Council of Catholic Women.
Surviving are the husband; four daughters, Mrs. Clem (Nellie) Lawlor, Mrs. Clarence (Agnita) Craig, both of DeWitt, Mrs. Francis (Florence) Kane, Long Grove and Miss Margaret Crowley, Davenport; two sons, Joseph of Clinton; charles of DeWitt, and two brothers, Mike Kearney, DeWitt and John of Davenport.
She also was preceeded in death by one daughter in infancy, one sister and one brother.
