Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Elvira Zion Lutheran Church. Snell-Zornig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

SERVICES: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Elvira Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Walter Malkewitz officiating.

CLINTON — Kyle T. Howe, 17, of rural Clinton died Sunday.

Burial will be in Elvira Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Lucas Droste, Kenny McChurch, Owen Clausen, Dylon Diedrich, Lance Adrian, Nick Mohr, T.J. Burken, Eric Isenhour, Timon Brooks, Jeff Lawlor, Kyle Peters, Trevor Kleppe, Shawn Johnston and Stephanie, Tyler and Jordan Howe.

He was born Feb. 7, 1989, to Joel and Debbie Woodyatt Howe.

He just finished his junior year at Northeast High School where he played football, track and was a member of the 2006 state tournament qualifying basketball team. He was on the A Honor Roll and a member of the National Honor Society. He also was a member of Elvira Zion Lutheran Church, FFA and 4-H Club.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Joel and Nancy Howe of rural Clinton; his mother and stepfather, Debbie and Rick Geronzin of Clinton; two brothers, Casey (Laura Spain) Howe of Indianola and Caleb Howe of Clinton; two sisters, Alayna Geronzin and Katelyn Howe, both of Clinton; grandparents, John and Shirley Howe of Elvira and Rose Woodyatt of Albany, Ill.; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather.
