CLINTON — Billy Kramer, 80, of Clinton and formerly of Lost Nation, died Saturday at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clinton.
He was born Dec. 5, 1925, in Iowa City to Charles and Mamie Staffen Kramer.
He lived in Lost Nation until he moved to a facility in Glenwood. He later moved to Community Care Inc., Charlotte, where he lived for many years until entering Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clinton.
Survivors include six nieces and nephews.
