HEARS OF FAMILY
In response to an inquiry received by Chief of Police Noble Vosburg and recently published, asking for information concerning the where-abouts of two children in the Currens family, formerly residing here, W. M. Parkes has informed the chief that the girl a number of ?? ago went to Sterling or Dixon, Ill., while the boy went to Chicago to join his mother who was employed in a department store there. The father, "Tip" Currens, now deceased, was employed here as a salesman for C. G. Robers, then in the hide business in Clinton.
