The Sidney will leave St. Louis on Thursday of next week bound for Dubuque, making all intervening points. She will touch at Burlington about Saturday morning. She is officered as follows: Capt. Larry Cobberly, Clerk Charles Mather, and Pilots Julius Calhonn and Hi Beadle, Jr.
