QUIT-The sleighing has quit, except on the river. The ice is in good condition and a safe and smooth track as far as Sabula above and Albany below. There have been one or two sleighing parties – one from Sabula, numbering some twelve couples, who reached here Tuesday evening, stopping with Col. Smith at the Revere House.
