Annie Anthony has brought suit in the district court against Deborah Driscoll, residing in Elk River township. Plaintiff alleges that she is the daughter of Deborah Driscoll, who is a person of unsound mind and incapable of managing her business affairs. Plaintiff asks that she be appointed temporary guardian, and on a hearing of that matter that she be made permanent guardian. On Saturday Judge Wolfe appointed the petitioner temporary guardian in bonds of $250.
