Two WeddingsDalrymple-Holmes Nuptuals Thursday-Briggs-Kraus
The marriage of Mr. Oliver H. Dalrymple, of South Dakota, and Miss Hattie H. Holmes of this city, one of the popular teachers of the Clinton public schools, was solemnized at the home of the bride, 605 Eleventh Avenue, at 8 o'clock Thursday evening, Rev. O.C. Kirkham, of the First Baptist church offciating. The ceremony was witnessed by a number of intimate friends of the bride and groom, who wre the recipients of several hand some presents. Mr. and Mrs. Dalrymple will reside in South Dakota.
Briggs Kraus
Married, at the parsonage of the First M.E. church on Thursday afternoon, January 4, Mr. C.R. Briggs, of Savanna, Ill., and Mrs. Jennie Kraus, of this city. The good wishes of the many friends of this worthy young couple will follow them to their future home in Savanna.
