Mr. and Mrs. P.T. O'Connell of DeWitt announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Patricia of Peoria, Ill., to Craig Helman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Helman of Washington, Ill.
Miss O'Connell is a graduate of Central Community School in DeWitt and attended AIC in Davenport. Mr. Helman attended John Adams High School in South Bend, Ind., served in the Navy, and is presently employed by the Rockford Life Insurance Company in Peoria.
A Sept. 5 wedding is planned.
