Mr. and Mrs. William Bielenberg of Charlotte have announced the engagement of their daughter, Joyce to Earl Eberhart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Eberhart of Charlotte.
A July 28, 1967 wedding is planned.
Miss Bielenberg is employed as a Clinton County Public Health Nurse. Mr. Eberhart is employed with the Eagle Food Centers in Milan, Il.
