Mr. and Mrs. Edwin W. Luckritz, 703 Tower Road, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jill Ann, to Roger Allen Cousins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Cousins Jr., Route 1 DeWitt.
A July 28 wedding is being planned. Miss Luckritz is employed by A.J. Cromer and Sons, Inc., of Clinton. Mr. Cousins is majoring in construction engineering at Iowa State University.
