Kevin and Lisa Voss of DeWitt are the parents of a daughter, Heather Marie, born Sept. 16 at Samaritan North, Clinton. She weighed 6 pounds, 3.4 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Margaret I. Cerach of DeWitt and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jenkins and Floyd Voss, all of Clinton.
Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. John Kopystecky of Florida and Vera Pavlista of Maquoketa.
1995
