The engagement and approaching marriage of Melanie Jo Miller and Larry Alan Witt has been announced. Parents of the couple are Joan Werch of Camanche, and the late Billy B. Miller; and Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Witt of DeWitt.
Vows will be exchanged at 6 p.m. May 26 in Old St. Anne's Church in Long Grove, Iowa. A reception and dance will follow at the Purple Pig in DeWitt. Relatives and friends are invited.
Miss Miller is employed at International Paper. Her fiance attended the University of Iowa and is employed at U.S. West Communications.
