Dan M. Gisel and Kathleen Gisel of DeWitt announce the engagement of their daughter, Tricia Kimberly, to Duane Lee Witt. He is the son of Alfred and Wilma Witt of Delmar.
An Oct. 1 wedding is being planned at 2:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, DeWitt. A reception will follow the ceremony at the 4-H auditorium in DeWitt. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
The bride-elect graduated from Central Community High School and the University of Northern Iowa. She is employed at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bettendorf.
Her fiance is a graduate of Central Community High School and is employed at Bawden Printing Inc., in Eldridge.
