The Clinton Herald Wednesday February 14, 1996 6 The engagement and approaching marriage of Andrea Louise Kruse and Jeffrey Scott Ketelsen has been announced. Parents of the couple are Jane and Ron Wynkoop and Lanny and Barb Kruse, all of Clinton; and Carol and Phil Allen of Clinton, and Doug and deanne Ketelsen of Belpre, Ohio. Vows will be exchanged at 3:30 p.m. in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Clinton. Miss Kruse is a student at Upper Iowa University and is employed as a sales correspondent at Champion International Corportation, Dairy-Pak Division. Her fiance is a graduate of Mount St. Clare College and is employed as a sales representative at Elliott Equipment Company.
