Parents of the couple are Vernon H. and Maureen Witt of Clinton, and Karl and Louise Kulwicki of Loop City, Neb. Vows will be exchanged at 4 p.m. July 6 in St. Boniface Church, Clinton. The bride-to-be is chief flight nurse with National Air Ambulance, Phoenix Division. Her fiance writes customized computer software and is the owner of Superior Programming out of Grand Island, Neb.
