The Clintno Herald Saturday May 18, 1996 p. 9 The engagement and approaching marriage of Karen Maria Kissack and William Paul Welling has been announced. Parents of the couple are Richard and Connie Kissack of Clinton, and Dennis and Ellyn Welling of Madison, Wis. Vows will be exchanged at 2:30 p.m. in St. Irenaeus Church, Clinton. The bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and is student teaching with Schullsburg Junior High School. Her fiance is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and is employed with Madison Crushing and Excavating in Madison, Wis.
