The Clinton Herald Saturday January 29, 2011 p. 1C Wayne L. and Mitzi J. Dorathy will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 27, 2011, with a trip to the west coast later. Wayne retired from the Rock Island Arsenal Procurement and the U.S. Army in 1987. Mitzi is a homemaker.
