I the undersigned H. C. Ahrens being in sound mind and declare this my last will and want that after my death my property real estate and personal should be divided to between mine three children named Wilhelmine Friederika Ahrens, Ida Margaretha Frahm late Ahrens and Metha Emilie Ahrens in equal parts after all debt what is on it should be paid except Ida Margareth Frahm late Ahrens who has received received of me one hundred dollars allready what amount should be counted by dividing the remaining propriety.

My farm of 160 acker is for one year more rented to my son-in-law Peter Frahm should I be not more when this year expires and he likes to take the farm it should be his for a price of Fifty (50) dollars per acker of which amount one third except above mentioned $100.00 one hundred dollars would be his part, and one third part of this amount and Fifty dollars he has to pay to my daghter Wilhelmine Friederike Ahrens and the other third amount and fifty dollars to my daghter Metha Emilie Ahrens. Shoud my son-in-law Peter Frahm object to the price and think it for him not desirable to take the farm for that price then I think it should be sold and the amount divided between my three children as above stated.
