James Wallace who was sent to the county jail on Friday for thirty days for carrying concealed weapons, is suspected of being a person who gains his livelihood by others than honest methods. Aside from the Smith & Wesson revolver found in his possession he had a pint bottle half filled with powder, and a horn which could be used in introducing powder into a small hole, such as might be drilled into a safe door, for instance.
