The Clinton Daily Age, Clinton, Iowa, May 3, 1891

J. W. McPherson shipped one hundred dozen washboards to St. Louis on the Sidney yesterday. Judging by the appearance of the shirts worn by the St. Louis roustabouts on the Sidney, the boards are badly needed in that city.
