Engineer Zeigenfus was “obliged” to slow up in North Clinton last evening in order to give and unconcerned and indifferent acting cow her own time to cross the tracks. People who pasture their cows along the railroad tracks are taking big chances on having their supply of milk suddenly cut off some day.
