WHO HE WAS
The Young Man Killed Wednesday
Night supposed to Be E. O. FrankThe remains of the young man who was killed at the stock yards late Wednesday night by falling under the wheels of a moving train, were brought to the room of the undertaking room of F. Sutton & Son Thursday morning were Coroner Meyers empaneled a jury to view the body and take testimony.
From letter’s found in the young man’s valise it is thought that his name is E. O. Frank, and that he has relatives in Rose Elmo, Boone County, Nebraska the letters also show that for some time past he has been living at a hotel in Omaha.
The C. & N. W. Company will take charge of the remains and give the body a Christian burial. The funeral will probably occur this afternoon.
The jury did not agree on a verdict last night, but will continue their investigation today.
