THE SOCIAL CIRCLE – A surprise party of about twenty couples called on John Grienell at his Fifth Avenue resident on Tuesday evening, and all had a pleasant time.
About fifty young people were entertained by Miss Emma, daughter of Artemus Lamb on Wednesday evening. The Northwestern Band furnished music and dancing, feasting and sociability ruled the hours of the evening.
