ANOTHER CHAPTER - All the evidence that was taken in the first three investigations of the Alger murder have been spirited away. The question naturally arises, who is the thief? We understand the Grand Jury is waiting for someone to prefer charges against someone for stealing the papers. We would suggest to the Grand Jury that it make its own charges and then find the fellow who stole the evidence. The Grand Jury must not be too particular about forms. It should act on its own motion, and the people will stand by it to the end.
