J. A. Kelly & Bro. Increase the Firm Number

One of the most successful firms in doing business in Clinton the past year is J. A. Kelly & Bro., manufacture of couches, parlor suits, spring mattresses, and such goods, and seldom were they without orders insuring work for three weeks ahead. Much of the time they were compelled to work extra time, and during the year the factory was enlarged materially.

The firm was composed of J. A. and Will Kelly, the other brothers, Thomas F. and Peter H. working for them on salary. Desiring the reap of benefits of increased interest of owners the two younger brothers have been admitted to partnership, and the firm will henceforth be known as J. A. Kelly & Bros., official notice of the change appearing in elsewhere.

All four of the brothers are energetic, enterprising businessmen, and with twice as much energy in the firm and increased capital, the present year will be a prosperous one to the firm.

They will increase the capacity of the factory soon, and after the holiday week vacation will start up next Monday, on orders now accumulated.

The Age hopes they may double their business this year.
