JOHN ASHPOLE, farmer, Sec. 32; P. O. Clinton. He was born in June, 1815, in England. In about 1845,came to Indiana; in 1848, to Ohio; in 1850, he come to Clinton Co. He owns 120 acres of land. He married Jane Braughton in 1843. She was born in 1817, in England; have four children-Fred, John, Henry and Betsey Ann.
