RICKOFF, Ruby Bell, (p. 351) born 11 Jan 1899 at Clinton, dau of Arthur and Birdie Rickoff; died 23 May 1912 at Kankakee, Ill. buried at Springdale Cem., Clinton. Ruby was a famous midget with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and the
Mazeppa Carnival.
