Barghahn - Berghahn - Bergham - Berghan

BARGHAHN, BERGHAHN, BERGHAM, BERGHAN

I am researching my husband's family. They lived in Clayton county, Iowa between 1867 to 1905. This is the family as I have them:
John Barghahn
son: Frank A. Berghahn (Berghan) married Sophia Berghahn. They had five children:
Lizzie, Louis, Lena, Frank J. and Elsie.
The family had all left Iowa by 1905.

I would like to find a marriage license for Frank & Sophia. I don't know what happened to John or Sophia. Would really like to find someone else researching this line. I have found information under all four spellings.
