Added by Reid R. Johnson, 11/11/2020:

Clayton County Register, Thur., 31 Jan. 1929.

Albert Frederick died after a brief illness at his home in Wagner township, Clayton county, on Sunday, Jan. 20.

The deceased was born in Wagner township, May 23, 1867, thus being at the time of his death, 61 years, seven months and 27 days of age. Here on the old home farm he had lived his entire life.

The deceased had not been in good health for the past two years, and tho the best of medical aid was sought, it did not help for long. The direct cause of his death was heart trouble.

The deceased leaves to mourn his loss, one brother, Otto, at home, and three sisters, Lydia at home, Bertha (Mrs. Follins) of Volga City, and Bertha (Mrs Court) of Des Moines, besides many other relatives and friends.

The funeral was held from the home on Wednesday, Jan. 23, with interment in Gooding cemetery, Wagner township, Rev. G. Gunsten of Clermont officiating.

(Note: As published. Submitter has no explanation for the two sisters named Bertha.)

Death certificate gives burial in Eno cemetery rather than Gooding. Eno is more than likely correct as his parents are buried there.
