Vickie S. Young, 54, of McGregor, died Thursday December 18, 2008, at the Great River Care Center in McGregor, following a sudden illness. Services will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her mother, Beverly Pazour, of Marquette; two brothers, Frank (Jane) Pazour of Verona, Wis., Pete (Jennifer) Pazour of Marquette; two sisters, Tammy (Joe) Jones and Jackie Pazour, both of Marquette. She was preceded in death by a sister Cindy Scarff.

Vickie was born April 1, 1954, in Prairie du Chien, to James and Beverly (Hill) Young. She attended school in Garnavillo, Iowa. Vickie loved listening to her music, doing bead work and playing cards.

The Thornburg-Hanson Funeral Home in McGregor assisted the family.
