GUTTENBERG, Ia. – Services for Mrs. Herman Schute, 74, will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday from the Steger Funeral Home to St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Mrs. Schute died at 3:10 a.m. Thursday at the family home at Guttenberg.

The former Louise Kreisle, she was born at Stillwater, Minn., Feb. 8, 1879, and was married to Herman Schute May 8, 1900.

Survivors are her husband; four daughters, Miss Dorothy at home; Mrs. Clarence (Bernice) Keller of Lansing, Ia., Mrs. Cyril (Norma) Kluesner of Guttenberg and Mrs. O. L. (Dolores) Padden of Dubuque; six sons, Arnold H. and Raymond of Guttenberg, Urban of Waterloo, Ia., Adelbert of Dubuque, Marvin of Farley, Ia., and LaVern of Los Angeles, Calif.; three brothers, Leroy of Madison, Wis., Rueben of Dubuque and Clarence of Los Angeles; as sister, Mrs. Sadie Latz of Los Angeles; 27 grandchildren, and on great grandchild.
