OBITUARY- Levi Lamphier, aged 28 years, died of consumption at Highland, on the 5th inst. He came from Michigan three years ago in search of health. For the last two years he had been very ill. He was well known and highly respected. He died trusting in the merits of the Saviour. His remains were intered in the Volga City cemetery on the 7th. Rev. A. B. Calder preached the funeral sermon from the words: "There is but a step between me and death."
