Levi N. Donahoo, 91, died at is home in Strawberry Point Dec. 27. Born Nov. 12, 1860, at Hazelton in Buchanan county, he was the son of Nathan and Susan Margaret Shafer Donahoo. He had farmed near Strawberry Point until he retired a number of years ago and has lived in Strawberry Point the last twenty years. He was preceded in death by two children; a daughter Addie and a son Earl. He is survived by his daughter Ethel (Mrs. Otis Smith) of Oelwein, and by his wife, Mary Laity Donahoo of Strawberry Point.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 29 at 2 p.m. at the Methodist church with the Rev. Wayne M. Carlson in charge. Interment was in the Strawberry Point cemetery.
