Mrs. Gilbert N. Meyer, 53, of Giard, died in a Rochester, Minn., hospital Tuesday following a long illness.

Funeral services will be held at the Schultz funeral home in Monona at 1 o'clock on Friday, and at the Giard Methodist church at 1:30 o'clock.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, William of Giard and Eugene of Fort Atkinson, Wis.; a daughter, Mrs. Don Yount of Farley; her mother, Mrs. Agnes Henkes of Monona; three sisters, Mrs. Ed. Looney of Postville, Mrs. Otto Klein of McGregor, and Mrs. Ed. Koether of Giard; a brother, Farley Henkes, Farmersburg, and two grandchildren.
